Once you are an approved private lender in our system, you'll enjoy monthly payments while we manage the entire process which includes:

• Locating deals in different markets.
• Underwriting/analyzing these deals.
• Putting the right kind of deals under contract.
• Having our team inspect it (allowing us verifiable pictures and videos).
• Matching our deal with a private lender.
• Closing on the deal.
• Advertising the deal for a tenant-buyer.
• Having interested tenant-buyers inspect the property.
• Signing mortgage agreements with tenant-buyers and accepting down payments.
• Handing them the keys and beginning to accept monthly mortgage payments.
• Managing payments from the tenant-buyers and sending payments to our private lenders.
• Managing tenant-buyers during their occupancy.
• Executing late notices and/or managing eviction if tenant-buyers become delinquent.
